Support Striking Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Workers

The people who run Block Communications Inc. (should) know that they have backed themselves into a corner with their very illegal union-busting. At the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, where journalists have struck for 2.5-plus years, they have been ordered by a federal court to restore health care they ripped away from employees years ago.

This ruling means they are all but certain to be ordered by that same court to give workers back all the basic, decent, bargained rights (ie. PTO, short-term disability, and wages) they took away. Everyone involved can see this. It’s all strikers have asked for.

Workers and the communities they strive to serve are suffering. So why are the Block board members needlessly, viciously prolonging simple strike settlement?
